Xtreme Bull Games Ticket Terms & Conditions

Effective Nov 1, 2026 ·

These Terms & Conditions apply to every ticket sold for any event produced, promoted or operated by Cody Webster's Xtreme Bull Games LLC ("Xtreme Bull Games," "we," "us"), in any city, state or venue. By buying, holding or using a ticket, you agree to these terms. A ticket is a revocable license to attend one event, not a property right.

Individual events may have added venue rules or event-specific terms, which will be shown on the event listing or at the venue. Where an event-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the event- specific term controls for that event.

1. Ticket Sales and Refunds

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled, except as stated in this section or where the law requires it. No refunds are given for:

• Change of plans, illness, travel or transportation problems, or late arrival.

• Weather. Events go on rain or shine unless we decide conditions are unsafe.

• Changes to bullfighters, teams, bulls, matchups, entertainment or the order of events.

• Removal from the event for breaking these terms or venue rules.

• Dissatisfaction with the show, judging or results.

Only tickets bought through the official ticketing site (tickets.xtremebullgames.com) or an authorized Xtreme Bull Games outlet are eligible for any refund. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not replaced without proof of purchase.

2. Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price paid. Order processing, service and delivery fees are not refunded unless the law requires it. Refunds go to the original payment method. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement; after that, the ticket stays valid only for the new date.

We may change an event's date, start time, venue, format or performers because of weather, unsafe arena or ground conditions, animal welfare, participant safety, venue requirements, government orders or other causes outside our control. The safety of fans, bullfighters, staff and animals comes first, and our decision on whether to delay, shorten, modify or stop an event is final. If an event starts and is stopped after it begins, no refund is due.

We will send notice of a cancellation or postponement to the email or phone number given at checkout.

You are responsible for checking event status before traveling.

3. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card company. A chargeback filed for a valid purchase may result in cancellation of the tickets involved and refusal of future ticket sales.

4. Assumption of Risk

Xtreme Bull Games events feature professional freestyle bullfighters working with live fighting bulls. Live animal events carry inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated, including the risk of serious injury or death. These risks exist before, during and after the event, in the arena, stands, concourses, parking areas and grounds, and include:

• Unpredictable behavior of bulls, horses and other livestock, including animals jumping, charging or breaking through fences, gates or barriers.

• Flying dirt, mud, debris, equipment or other objects leaving the arena.

• Loud noise, music, pyrotechnics, lighting effects, dust and strong odors.

• Uneven ground, bleachers, stairs, mud, weather and other conditions common at arenas, fairgrounds and outdoor venues.

• Actions of other spectators.

By attending, you voluntarily accept these inherent risks for yourself and any minor in your care. You agree to stay alert, keep watch on the arena, and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

5. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Cody Webster's Xtreme Bull Games LLC, the venue owner and operator, stock contractors, bullfighters, sponsors, promoters, contractors, and their owners, employees, volunteers and agents from claims for injury, loss or damage arising from the inherent risks described above. You agree to cover losses caused by your own negligence, misconduct or breach of these terms.

This release does not cover gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under the law of the state where the event takes place. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Spectator Safety and Animals

To protect fans, bullfighters, staff and animals, the following are not allowed:

• Entering the arena, chutes, pens, alleys, stock or holding areas, or any restricted area without authorization.

• Climbing, sitting or standing on fences, gates, rails or barriers, or reaching or leaning over them.

• Touching, feeding, teasing or distracting animals, or throwing anything into the arena.

• Flash photography aimed at animals, laser pointers, air horns, noisemakers or anything meant to startle animals or distract bullfighters.

• Drones or remote-controlled devices over or near the venue without written permission.

• Pets, except service animals as defined by law.

We may withdraw any animal from competition for welfare reasons at any time. Bulls are cared for by experienced handlers, and animal welfare decisions are final.

7. Code of Conduct and Admission

You must follow venue rules and the directions of event staff, security and law enforcement. The following are grounds for denied entry or removal without refund:

• Fighting, threats, harassment or abusive language toward anyone, including bullfighters, officials and staff.

• Visible intoxication or disorderly behavior.

• Illegal drugs, weapons (subject to applicable law and venue policy), fireworks or other hazardous items.

• Damaging venue or event property.

• Outside alcohol, or providing alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age.

All persons and bags are subject to search. Event staff may refuse entry to anyone at their discretion, consistent with applicable law. Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to venue policy.

8. Children and Minors

Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times and must stay in spectator areas. The adult buying or using a ticket for a minor accepts these terms, including the assumption of risk, on that minor's behalf.

Events include loud noise and large animals, so parents should decide whether the experience is right for their child; hearing protection is recommended for young children. Ticket requirements for young children (for example, lap children free) vary by venue and will be stated on the event listing.

9. Photography, Filming and Use of Likeness

Events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, broadcast and livestreamed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness and voice, without payment, in recordings and promotional materials of Xtreme Bull Games and its sponsors and broadcast partners, in any media. Personal photos and phone video for non-commercial use are allowed. Professional cameras, commercial filming, or livestreaming any part of an event requires written permission from Xtreme Bull Games.

10. Tickets, Resale and Transfers

Each ticket admits one person to the event, date and seating area shown on it. Each ticket's barcode can be scanned once; the first person to present it is admitted, and duplicates are refused. Keep your ticket private and do not post it online. Tickets may be transferred for no more than the price paid unless the law of the event's state allows otherwise. Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit or void, and we cannot honor or refund them. Tickets obtained by fraud, bots or in violation of these terms may be cancelled without refund.

11. Personal Property

You are responsible for your belongings. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, including property damaged by dirt, mud or debris from the arena.

12. Accessibility

We work with each venue to provide accessible seating and reasonable accommodations. Please contact us or the venue before the event so arrangements can be made; options vary by venue.

13. Privacy

Information you provide at checkout is used to process your order, deliver tickets, send event updates and changes, provide customer service and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Event-Specific Policies

Each venue may have its own rules on bags, prohibited items, alcohol, smoking, parking, re-entry, seating and age. Those rules are part of these terms for that event, and you must follow them.

15. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, except where the consumer protection laws of the state where the event takes place require otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
